Prior to working at Marcus & Millichap, Spencer worked as an Industrial & Logistics Associate at CBRE. Since joining the Team, Spencer has assisted property owners in maximizing their returns by analyzing their current portfolios and identifying new opportunities. Spencer provides comp analysis, financial underwriting, and strategies that promote value to our clients.
