Since Scott’s involvement with the Net Lease Advisory Group team, he has been involved in over 150 Transactions and $500 Million in sales volume. Scott has extensive knowledge and transactional experience with both sellers and buyers of real estate. Scott specialized in new construction for over 10 years and has a detailed understanding of the processes of construction from the ground up. He also has familiarity with several national builders throughout the nation. Scott’s quick ability to respond and resolve issues has resulted in tremendous respect and appreciation to others in his field.
