Ben Shimazu joined the Net Lease Advisory Group in April 2020 after spending 13 years in the financial services industry as a Wealth Manager responsible for $1B of high-net-worth investors’ assets and a Relationship Manager working with C-suite executives to manage their institutional retirement plans. Ben now specializes in advising the Net Lease Advisory Group’s clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant net lease investment properties.
