McAlister joined Marcus & Millichap in 2017 and has recently joined the Net Lease Advisory Group to specialize in the disposition and acquisition of net-leased investment properties. Previously, Mac specialized exclusively in office and medical offices sales in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
