Marcus and Millichap and the Net Lease Advisory Group Welcomes Mark Austin to their national net lease services team. Mark joins Marcus and Millichap after a 20-year career with one of the nation’s largest, privately held, multi-brand restaurant management and real estate holding companies. Mark served as Director of Operations, Vice President of Marketing and Director of Real Estate and Development, as the company grew from 40 Wendy’s restaurants to over 200 units throughout the United States. Mark’s division was the recipient of multiple National Awards for developing new sites and reimaging existing locations and new acquisitions.

Interesting Fact
Mark was an Emmy award winning sports anchor/reporter for an ABC Station in Colorado. He hosted a sports talk radio show and has done play-by-play for football, hockey, basketball, baseball and soccer. Mark was a contributor for The United States Air Force Academy Football Coaches show, and ESPN.
