Alan specializes in healthcare investments and understands the complex nature of this asset class providing his clients with practical experience, market leading information, and advisory services. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Alan was the Director of Real Estate for a premier developer of medical facilities and Land Acquisitions and Entitlement Manager for a multi-family housing developer.
