Nathan Kirk joined the Net Lease Advisory Group in August 2025 after earning his bachelor of science degree from Florida State University. Nathan assists Team members in advancing their business development production by providing comparable analysis, financial underwriting, and strategies that promote value to their client’s.  Nathan is committed to putting the client’s best interest first and being a market expert in the Net Leased investment marketspace.
