Sean Lenchner joined the Net Lease Advisory Group in October 2017 after graduating from Elmhurst College as scholar athlete with degrees in Supply Chain & Logistics and General Management. Since Sean’s involvement with the Net Lease Advisory Group team, he has been involved in over 150 Transactions and $500 Million in sales volume. Sean specializes in advising the Net Lease Advisory Group’s clients in the acquisition and disposition of net lease investment properties nationwide. Sean is solely committed to transacting single-tenant net leased assets, multi-tenant net leased assets as well as the structuring of sale-leasebacks and portfolio sales throughout the United States.
